Wanted to do One.

Mew Two was formally known as the strongest Pokemon but then Arceus arrived, so who is it?

*Note Base damage doesn't mean everything. Darkrai vs Diagla & Pakia for example. Darkrai has 600 base damage while Diagla and Pakia have 680 yet he managed to hold them off. And just look at Pikachu.

hmm, it can depend on circumstances , in game it depends on arceus nature and the plate he's holding. its a 65% win chance of arceus imo.
but outside game, arceus is unbeatable, with all plates in him and 'judgement' move, he can beat about 5 Mewtwos Razz

A lot of people actually ask this question, there are heaps fan made versions of these on youtube.

Here's the stats:
Arceus:
HP - 120
Att - 120
Def - 120
S.Att - 120
S.Def - 120
Speed - 120

MewTwo:
Hp - 106
Att - 110
Def - 90
S.Att - 154
S.Def - 90
Speed - 130

I wouldn't be surprised if they make a movie out of these two facing off in the future.

Even without Base stats, Arceus can have every type. So it can defeat Mewtwo.

Actually in Anime point of view, both have equal chances of winning.

In game point of view, Arceus has 80% chances of winning.

I did some research since I was curious, a lot of people actually say that Mew Two can easily beat Arceus with no challenge at all. I laughed though since one guy said he would just jump on him up and down while hammering Arceus to the floor.

You're underestimating MewTwo.

Well No, im not.. I know it is pretty tough but lets just see the base sp. defence of Arceus.. 120 , a big no., again HP.. 120, big number again.. and sp. attack 120 - not as much as mewtwo but still quite a lot.
So its pretty obvious that if mewtwo and Arceus are same level, Arceus can't be defeated by 1 hit, Arceus can always attack back with any of his Dark, Ghost or Bug form to kill mewtwo (sp. defence - 90 only)

Also Mewtwo don't really learn Flamethrower/Shadow Ball on his own, but Judgement is a move which is of all types (changes with Plate)

If look at this based on the films and the surrounding legends then Arceus would easilly defeat Mewtwo. Arceus is God : according to legend, it created the entire Pokemon world - including the likes of Mew.

Mewtwo is an enhanced clone of Mew and in the films seen to struggle to defeat Mew. Based on this even the great Mewtwo is no match for Arceus. It's like comparing the number 1 boxing champion to God.

All this is just debate for fans, be realistic, saying "Clones and Gods stuff" doesn't prove the power, power and proof are given in stats.

Hmmm. But the point is who will win? I like Mewtwo but I don't think that ANY Pokémon can defeat Arceus.

I chose arceus as it can turn into a dark pokemon and defeat mewtwo....
Mewtwo is not so legendary ,there are many pokemon which can easily defeat it....
