For the thousandth time am saying that these polls are based on the moves that Pokemon learn naturally. Not by any tm /hm or tutoring..

Second , it is the last legendary clash because there CAN NEVER be two legendary foes like
them , where one has higher stats than the other whereas the other one has type advantage !!

More both these two pokemons are most ELEGANT FOES according to me !!

Any of these moves can't be learned without TM. Seriously, stop making rules randomly.

Actually,earlier I also used to include Tm/Hm moves but TORNADO made me realise the point behind excluding them...

That's why I made this rule because the reason behind it is absolutely logical !

So my reason to vote Dialga is: Higher Stats, It can learn Aura Sphere and With 150 Sp. Att, it can even OHKO Groudon with Roar of Time(Groudon have 90 Sp. Def.)

@Shivam, actually I forgot to mention that rule that tm /hm or tutoring is not allowed earlier. But I did mention it later in Charizard vs Blaziken thread.
