Glowing effects are cool !!
But those shiny blue small glowing balls are not new as you have earlier used them in your suicine and rapidash signatures..
Effect: 2.5/3
Background : 1/2
More vivid and varied colors can be added to the horns,here white and blue are dominating over all the other colours...
Content and clarity: 1.5/3 ( Other than Xerneas,the other parts of the signature(hills,etc) are small,unclear,not visible properly and aren't fiting properly )
Text: 2/2( Nothing to say,you're a Master in that part!)
So,overall 7/10 !
