As they both have same power level, we are allowing you guys to choose who should be the leader. I personally prefer Terrakion. Since if Terrakion wins, Grass will get Virzion and Fight will get Cobalion. Since they are the Swords of Justice.

But if Regirock wins, you guys will have to choose the Grass and Fight leader too.

I still want Terrakion to be the leader since if he is chosen as leader then all swords of justice can become leaders. Virzion for Grass and Cobalion for Fight.

i still want regirock because he is pure rock and not mixed with anything unlike the other guy

But if he becomes the leader then Regice and Regirock also have to become leaders which is not possible.

not really, who said all 3 have to become leaders. it doesn't really have to be all 3 it can just be regirock and the steel and ice get their own different leaders by voting

All 3 are equally strong. If we use one then it would be discrimination for other two. And leaders for Steel and Ice won't be changed.
