Scyther is faster but its highest attack razor Wind has 80 power..
Heracross can finish the game with close combat ..
Plus it has the rarest move- Megahorn (A one hit KO )

It have more speed than Heracross. This is how Scyther'll beat Heracross :-
In 1st turn Scyther will use Wing Attack. Wing Attack have 60 base power, with help of Technician it becomes 120. Since Heracross is 4x weak to flying, it will be a move of 360 power.
Do you think Heracross can take a hit of a move with 360 power and do not forget Scyther have 130 attack stat.
