In pokemon white,the person doesn't recognise your liberty pass if it is cheat obtained.
So there such things aren't possible.

None of the passes work which are cheat obtained. =.="
They require another cheat which Activates that pass. If that cheat is feeded then the pass works. This is what I did. Or you can simply use Warp code which I don't find being good.
