Well, yeah.
Fire/Dragon and Dragon/Fire will be pretty much the same. Dragon/Fire will learn more Dragon-type moves and will look like a Dragon and Fire/Dragon will learn more Fire-type moves and will most probably be a Red colored Pokemon.
